BPW Greater Sudbury (Business Professional Women's Club) and Vale Inco will host the annual High Tea Extravaganza with a live and silent auction on May 20 at College Boreal from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
Founded in 1930, BPW is now one of the most influential international networks of business and professional women with affiliates in 80 countries and five continents.
Both men and women are invited to join BPW Sudbury for an evening of sassy elegance and fun supporting the Sudbury community, said a news release.
Prizes will be awarded for the most elegant, creative and outrageous hats.
Fashion police will be on the lookout for wacky purses and silly shoes.
Tickets are $20 each and are available at Apollo Restaurant and Curves for Women or by phoning 524-3648. The deadline to obtain reserve tickets is  May 14.
