Cambrian College Productions, formerly known as Black Dog Productions, is presenting Marsha Norman's 'night, Mother, which has been acclaimed by critics and audiences across North America.
'night, Mother is the story of an emotional life-or-death
struggle that ensues when one of the play's two characters,
Jessie, informs her mother, Mama, that she is going to kill
herself. Mama uses every emotion and argument she can think of
to change Jessie's mind.
The production runs at 8 pm from March 27 to 29, and from April
2 to 5, at Cambrian College's Barry Downe campus in the studio
theatre, room 2119. Dinner theatre performances will take place
on March 27 and April 3.

Tickets for 'night, Mother are available at the Cambrian College Bookstore, Records on Wheels, Jett-Landry Music, Gloria's Convenience Store and at the door. Tickets are $10 and admission for students and seniors is $5.
Cambrian College offers the only technical theatre program in northern Ontario, said a new release. Students study a range of disciplines, including lighting, sound production, costume management, stagecraft, set painting, prop making and rendering, special effects, and stage management techniques.
Students in the college's two-year theatre arts - theatre production program provide the technical expertise for Cambrian College Theatre Productions as part of their program.
