Owner/operator Tammy Lueddeke is pleased to open Vision Hair Studio at 2363 Bancroft Dr. in Sudbury. She is especially proud that her studio offers the Aveda line of products.

"I chose this line because it is all-natural with organically grown ingredients. It is healthier for us (at the studio) because we use these products all day, safer for our clients and the environment because it has no petrochemicals," says Lueddeke.

"I developed an allergy with a previous line, which caused a severe skin allergy, heart palpitations, dizziness, headaches and nausea. I researched Aveda and found that it is all natural and that it could work for me - and it did."

Vision Hair Studio offers full hair care and spa services using only Aveda products. The salon has everything you need to be pampered from head to toe, as well as perfumes, teas, and candles. Aveda (pronounced a-vay-da) manufactures flower and plant-based beauty products for hair care, skin care, spa treatments and cosmetics.

Lueddeke has been in this industry for the past 11 years and returned to her hometown of Sudbury after the devastating loss of her business in London, Ont., due to a fire.

Why does she work in this industry?

"I am passionate about what I do, making people feel good and look good. I take pride in what I do and how I treat every person who walks in the door. Everyone is my guest. And I'm very happy when they leave my studio with a smile on their face," she says.
