The Coalition for a Liveable Sudbury invites you to add your "voice" to its Community Voices art project, hosted at la Galerie du Nouvel-Ontario for the month of April.
Community Voices is a project aimed at engaging citizens of all ages in the conversation of what is important in the place they live.
“Coalition for a Liveable Sudbury spent a year asking Sudburians what people would like to see in their community," said project co-ordinator, Tessa Hall. "This multimedia, interactive presentation showcases the voice of the people as art and invites you to add your voice.”
Community Voices is a family-friendly exhibit which will be at la Galerie du Nouvel-Ontario from April 11 to April 17 and from April 24 to April 28. Special events in relation to the exhibit include the official opening 4-6 p.m. on April 13, Climate Picnic 1-2 p.m. on April 14 and readings and open mic night 7-9 p.m. on April 26.
Galerie du Nouvel-Ontario is open Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.
