Ducks in line for annual dash

The 15th Annual Lucky Duck Dash takes place on May 10 at Lily Creek from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The duck race begins at 2 p.m. Proceeds from the event will go to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation, Rotary Park and other local organizations.

The 15th Annual Lucky Duck Dash takes place on May 10 at Lily Creek from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The duck race begins at 2 p.m. Proceeds from the event will go to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation, Rotary Park and other local organizations.

The Rotary Club of Sudbury Sunrisers announced two new events this year.

A celebrity dunk tank will take place, with Rick Bartolucci, duck master Murray Scott, police superintendent Al Lekun, and Rotary president Richard Joly. The dunk tank will begin at 12:30 p.m..

A tug of war between the Greater Sudbury Police Service and the Fire Department will take place at 1:30 p.m..

The Lucky Duck Dash event will also have activities for kids and a barbecue. Tickets are available up until the race.
