Sudbury's Brooke Bruce brings her indie pop sounds to Sudbury Theatre Centre's intimate cabaret space, Steve's Encore, on Saturday, Nov. 23 in the first of this season's Voices of the Rock singer/songwriter series.

The concert gets underway at 7:30 p.m.

Bruce's electric stylings are at the junction of pain and perception. The contrast of crisp vocals and moody progressions will carry you on an atmospheric journey.

The artist's newest single, Smoke, landed in the top 100 of CBC's Searchlight 2019.

The Voices of the Rock singer/songwriter series is hosted by Kelly Perras, a singer, performer and voice coach.

During her years as a working artist in Toronto, Perras studied with some of Canada's most elite voice coaches and performed in some of Toronto's best live music venues.

Other concerts in the Voices of the Rock series are Eric Clancy on February 8 and Emma McDaniel on May 2.

Tickets to Brooke Bruce's night of songs and stories are just $20 each, available online at sudburytheatre.ca, by calling the STC DiBrina Box Office at 705.674.8381 or in person at 170 Shaughnessy Street in Downtown Sudbury.
