For those looking to experience flavours and ingredients
from a host of countries,
the Fontaine Bleue Dining Room at Cambrian College will be
hosting its annual
international dinners starting Jan. 20.
Three-course meals featuring traditional and contemporary cuisine from countries around the world will be served during dinner hours from January to April. As part of their practical experience the meals with be served by the students in the College's Hospitality program.
Dates for international meals in January include:
- Tuesday, Jan.20 -  Caribbean.
- Wednesday, Jan. 21 - Inspirations of India.
- Tuesday, Jan. 27 -  Korea.
- Wednesday, Jan. 28 -  Inspirations of Thailand.
- Thursday, Jan. 29 -  Cajun.
Lunch reservations are available from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner reservations are available from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. For more information call 566-8101 ext. 7630.
