Lynn Mazzuca, owner of Lynn's Place in Capreol, has enjoyed the
past 25 years in the ladies fashion retail industry and is now
dressing second and third generations of mothers and daughters.
Because Mazzuca has such a great number of repeat customers she
is always looking for something new that will fit into their
wardrobes. She believes that a woman does not need a lot of
clothes, but pieces that are timeless and good looking. Mixing
and matching can create a wealth of different looks.
Fashion divas this fall will be wearing denim and fine
corduroy, offered in a variety of pant silhouettes; sweaters in
wools and cotton with argyle patterns treated with buckling and
patchwork, teamed with soft jersey tees. Today's fabrics are
metallics and iridescent microfibers. Attention to texture is
key. Also popular are reversible toppers in sweaters and
jackets.
This season there is something for everyone. Fun fashion for
the weekend include jeans, cords, techno fabrics and
comfortable tees, soft sweaters, vests and colourful jackets.
Look for colour combinations of chestnut browns; blushing
crimson reds; metal colours in copper, steel, slates and
pewter; charcoals and blacks infused with fushia, turquoise
burnt oranges and purple. Touches of lurex (a type of metallic
yarn) also show up in knitwear.
Lynn's Place offers a range of women's clothing from casual to
formal, from bathing suits to evening wear, and just about
anything in-between. They also have an exquisite collection of
jewellery, bags and fashion accessories.
Lynn's Place is a short drive from downtown Sudbury at 17 Young
Street in Capreol. Visit soon or call 858-1866.
