Big Brothers Big Sisters and the City of Greater Sudbury are once again hosting the Great Cardboard Toboggan Event at Adanac Ski Hill, 744 Beatrice Crescent on Sunday Feb. 8 from 9 a.m. to noon.
This is the fourth annual toboggan event. All Sudburians are invited to participate in a complimentary morning of tobogganing on their own creation. This promises to be great fun for the entire family. Big Brothers Big Sisters will also be hosting a fundraising BBQ.
Use only cardboard, tape, glue and paint to create a masterpiece toboggan. Awards will be presented for most creative, loudest team cheer and most individuals on a toboggan. Cardboard can be picked up at furniture, grocery and electronic stores. Coroplast is not to be used on the bottom.
