labours of automotive love in its annual Fun Run. Only cars
built before 1979 need apply.

Free music with lots of clowns, buskers and food at the 18th
Annual Beachfest. From Friday at 6 p.m. with Erin McCallum and
Neil Chapman on the 97.7 FM Stage; Saturday night with db
Clifford, The Johnny Max Band; funk & soul from the
10-piece Groove Corporation and hot salsa from Cache. Sunday
features The Cobra Kings, David Rotundo and Fathead. The Family
Stage features, starting at noon, Escola de Samba and The
Rhumba Gypsies on Saturday and the 17-piece Toronto All-Star
Big Band and The Rhumba Gypsises again on Sunday. Beachfest is
produced by Toronto's Beaches International Jazz Festival
producer Lido Chilelli.

Spike, set and dig deep in a weekend of absolutely awesome
co-ed beach volleyball in a tournament with more playing time
than most. The best of the Not So Pro Sports leagues, one of
the largest sport and social clubs in Canada, with more than
7,000 active member adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s.
