Imperfection Lives Here Inc. is hosting its second annual Between Us Ladies: Dinner Soiree at the Caruso Club on Nov. 4.

The event is billed as a “unique event to empower women to succeed in leveraging networks and forming international mentor-mentee relationships.”

Imperfection Lives Here is an organization with “a vision to uplift women to be the best version of themselves, while creating a powerhouse community of women who support each other. We are creating a space where women from all walks of life can learn from each other, celebrate each other and grow together.”

The Nov. 4 event will take place from 6-10 p.m. and is anticipated to draw in 125 women. It’s centered around establishing “meaningful connections, connecting mentors to mentees, international networking and engaging dialogue,” according to a media release issued by Imperfection Lives Here.

The event will include various guest speakers who will share their life journeys.

“As women on different paths in life, there will be times when our life journeys will intersect and we can all relate to one another’s experiences; as we learn and grow from them,” Imperfection Lives Here co-founder Michelle Gwekwerere said in a media release.

Tickets begin at $59.37 and are available by clicking here.

This year’s event will include a silent auction, the proceeds for which will be donated to the Sudbury Women’s Centre.

“As we continue to grow as an organization, so does the need within our community,” Sudbury Women’s Centre executive director Giulia Carpenter said in a media release.

“We could not do this alone. It is through the generous partnerships of local businesses and community members that we can continue empowering our clients, ultimately leading them to live their best lives, and thrive! We are so grateful for those individuals and organizations that extend their time and efforts to build awareness and support the centre through in-kind and financial contributions.”

The event will also have vendor booths available for women to showcase their businesses, and organizations will share resources available for women who would like to start up or scale up their businesses.
