The Sudbury and District Labour Council and its affiliates invite you to a fun-filled Labour Day Festival, happening in Bell Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 5.

Admission for this event is free, and there will be activities and entertainment for the whole family.

“Join us in celebrating the role that Sudbury workers have in building a strong and healthy community,” a press release said.

It will start with a proclamation at 10 a.m., followed by a few speeches, and a press conference.

After the press conference, there will be a march for “fairness,” and then a “day filled with fun in the sun.”

Food vendors will be there offering delicious treats, and there will be live music, face painting, bouncy castles and more. All are welcome.
