Students living at Laurentian University's residences are hosting the Airbandz 4 Cancer event, an annual lip-synching competition which is used to raise money for the Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre.
More than $70,000 has been raised by the Airbandz event in the past six years, and this year students are aiming to beat last year's result of $17,000.
The event is scheduled for Feb. 6, 7 p.m., at Laurentian's Fraser Auditorium.
