Neighbourhood friends recently held a fundraiser for the Sudbury Chapter of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
The children sold water, oatmeal chocolate chip muffins and jam-jam cookies in front of their apartment building at 50 Walford Rd.
The children, all of whom say they love animals, have collected half a large ice cream container full of money.
They say they plan to continue the ir fundraiser over the next few days.
