Canadian alternative rock band 54.40 performed on day two of the 44th annual Valley East Days Saturday night as part of the festival's 'rock night'.

The show was held in the parking lot of the Hanmer Valley Shopping Centre, where crowds gathered in droves to hear the internationally acclaimed group perform live.

Rock night began with a performance by Clash of the Bands winner, The Dazed, followed by Peppers of Funk - Red Hot Chilli Peppers tribute and lastly, Who Made Who - AC/DC tribute before 54.40 took the stage.

Sudbury.com photographer Marg Seregelyi was in attendance to capture the action.
