Cambrian College's School of Music is pleased to present their annual Piano Grande concert, which will take place Friday, Dec. 5, at Cambrian College Barrydowne campus, room 1176.

Heralded as one of Sudbury's premiere piano events, Piano Grande VII is a musical evening that will feature performances by some of Sudbury's most talented pianists in a diverse program of piano ensemble music.

The theme of the evening is Americans and Other Eccentrics, and will include an unusual piano quartet version of the Star-Spangled Banner, Lord Berner's Valses Bourgeoises, La Belle Eccentrique by Satie, as well as selections by Brahms and Mozart.

Cambrian College is pleased to have Dr. Robert Hall as a very special guest in a return engagement with Piano Grande.

Admission is a free-will donation with the proceeds going to the Cambrian Piano Fund. Doors open at 8 p.m. For further information, contact the music department at 566-8101, extension 7766.
