Pinecrest has talent

Pinecrest Public School had a talent show during the last week of school before winter break. Talent show winners included, Grade 8 students Desirée Blais, Shaniah Stevens and her sister Ambroise.

Pinecrest Public School had a talent show during the last week of school before winter break.

Talent show winners included, Grade 8 students Desirée Blais, Shaniah Stevens and her sister Ambroise. Jensen Gorman won second place, Kelsey Willis-Harapiak and Zachary Mouland won third place.

The school’s janitor, Al Stevenson, received an honourable mention for his Michael Jackson performance. Acts were judged by three former students and three teachers. Winners were judged on creativity, originality, effort and crowd reaction.

All winners received a gift certificate for a large pizza. About 30 acts were performed throughout the day, entertaining friends and family.
