Small Things was created by Elaine’s mother, Jan Carrie Steven. The store sells jams, jellies, crafts, photographs, jewelry, and new and used books, featuring some from local authors.

During a recent trip to Korea, Elaine discovered that Cat Cafés were common.

People who don’t own a cat, can get their fix while enjoying a cup of coffee.

The store is open Tuesday to Sunday and the Cat Café is open Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m. at 1375 Regent St. S. (Southside Business Centre).

The cats are all available for adoption. Prices include spay/neuter and vaccination. Cats range in price from $15 to $75 each.
