The Sudbury Branch of the Canadian Red Cross may be able to
help some individuals and families pay for their disconnected
utilities, if they qualify, through  the Provincial
Government's Utility Bank.
In order to qualify, people must have notice of
disconnection or be disconnected from their utilities such as
heat and hydro. They must also have an income that is at least
equal to monthly expenses.
