Silver Birch String Quartet presents their Spring Serenade May 2 at St. Peter's United Church.
Spring Serenade is a showcase of songs and compositions inspired by the season, including Hugo Wolf's Italian Serenade, Cypresses by Antonin Dvorak and the famous harp quartet by Ludwig van Beethoven.
As an added bonus, the 2009-2010 Silver Birch Concert lineup will be revealed during the program and tickets for the ever-popular Mozart in the Garden fundraiser will be on sale as well. Tickets are expected to sell out quickly as it has in previous years.
The concert starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students and are available at the door and Black Cat. Phone 521-2163 for more information.
