In case you didn't know, April is Jazz Month, and to mark the occasion, the Sudbury Jazz Orchestra is holding a concert April 1.

Many of the best musicians in Sudbury will come together to perform music by Oliver Nelson, Pat Metheny and other composers — that big band jazz sound, said a press release.

“Don't be a fool and miss this two set performance on April Fool's Day,” the press release said.

The performance takes place starting at 7 p.m. at Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 76 (1553 Weller St.) in the Minnow Lake area.

Tickets cost $20 at the door. The Legion's bar will be open.
