There are only days left to register your team for Sudbury's only reality fundraiser.
The fourth annual Amazing Charity Race, scheduled for June 20, still has room for more participants. Registration closes on June 16 at noon.
"Don't be last to register your team," said David St.Georges, event co-ordinator. "This is Sudbury's chance for reality television fun." 
The Amazing Charity Race is modeled after the hit television shows Amazing Race and Survivor. Teams move across the city, overcoming challenges and finding clues to be the first on the winners circle. Each game is different. Players can expect games that could include hand-eye co-ordination to singing creations on their amazing journey.
This race is a pledge-driven event made possible by support from the community. Funds are raised from the pledges brought in by the teams - consisting of six members - who, together, raise $1,500 to participate. Individual registrations will also be accepted and players will be matched up with other participants for the day.
"It's really the ultimate day off," St.Georges continued. "This event has been used as a team builder for local businesses, other charity organizations and families and friends looking to pass an amazing afternoon."

The Canadian Red Cross is a non-profit organization that seeks to improve the lives of  vulnerable people by mobilizing the power of humanity. Locally the Sudbury Branch provides important community services such as seniors transportation, first aid and housing support services.
