Sudbury Guitar Trio performs at Cambrian Friday

Cambrian College’s School of Music hosts the Sudbury Guitar Trio in concert Nov. 6.

Formed in 2011, members of the Sudbury Guitar Trio are Cambrian professors Matthew Gould, Allan Yzereef and Keenan Comartin. They have a shared passion for traditional and popular music and for promoting guitar in the community.

The concert repertoire includes pieces by Canada’s John Weinzweig, Germany’s Michael Quell, USA’s, Brian Hulse, and Holland’s Christiaan de Jong.

The concert takes place at 7:30 p.m. in Cambrian's amphitheatre (room 2226).

General admission is $20 and $15 for students and seniors, and will be available at the door. For further information, contact professor Matthew Gould at 705-566-8101, ext. 7745.
