What do chef Andrew Perry, artist Pandora Topp and author
Sean Costello have in common? They are all from Sudbury, and
they all have talent. And they have all graced the cover of
Sudbury Living magazine.
Vicki Gilhula, Laurentian Media Magazine Managing Editor, says
"It's been a dream come true to take part in the birth of a new
magazine. It's been fun and hard work...there are many talented
people living in Greater Sudbury, and it's fun to work with
them...all of these people could make it anywhere, but we are
glad they live on the rock."
Sudbury Living is published four times a year, reflecting the
northern Ontario seasons, and is filled with stories about
people, décor, food, the arts, and travel.
"We use the best writers, best photographers and best graphic
artists to put together a beautiful magazine about Greater
Sudbury," says Gilhula. What does she enjoy most about being
involved with this magazine?
"Sudbury is a fascinating city. Its history as a mining centre,
and now as a regional capital, has shaped the community and
brought people from around the world to the city. There is no
shortage of interesting people living here who have done
remarkable things. And, I never tire of telling their stories,"
she adds.
The public is invited to the official newsstand launch party
for Sudbury's newest home and lifestyle magazine, Sudbury
Living Nov. 15 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chapters on the
Kingsway. Meet Patricia Mills, Laurentian Media Magazine Group

Managing Editor.
