Sudbury remembers war vets

A Remembrance Day service was held at the Sudbury Arena Nov. 11. Veterans and community members remembered the First World War, the Second World War and the Korean War during the 90-minute service.

A Remembrance Day service was held at the Sudbury Arena Nov. 11. Veterans and community members remembered the First World War, the Second World War and the Korean War during the 90-minute service.

Several community groups, including Royal Canadian Legion Branches, Navy League of Canada Cadet Corps of Sudbury, War Pensioners of Canada, Girl Guides of Canada and the Metis Nation of Ontario participated in the service.
