anywhere.  Women notice shoes, so go in style with a

northern weather proofness.
Staples should continue with certain accessories to give you
the desired panache, such as watches, cuff-links, messenger
bag, belt, scarf, cap and sunglasses. Buy the best you can
afford and remember that the best accessory you have when
