Theatre Cambrian is holding auditions next month for its March dinner theatre production of Salt Water Moon.

Salt Water Moon is written by Canadian playwright David French, and is a love story that takes place in 1926 on a September moonlit night.

One male and one female are needed for the show. Those auditioning should appear to be between 17 to 19 years old.

Directing the show is Theatre Cambrian veteran Dale Pepin.

“We are excited to stage this classic Canadian love story,” Pepin said. “Salt Water Moon is a piece that is relatable to everyone and had proven to be one of Canada’s premier pieces of theatre.”

Those interested in auditioning should contact Theatre Cambrian to arrange to receive the necessary monologue and book an appointment. Auditions will be held Nov. 29-30.

Information can be sought by phone, or by visiting the office at 40 Eyre Street between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
