An additional donation of $100,000 (CDN) is also being made to UNICEF on behalf of Tim Hortons store owners and corporate offices. “The magnitude of this disaster is exacerbated by the lack of resources and poverty in Haiti,” Don Schroeder, president and CEO, Tim Hortons Inc., said.

“Our store owners and corporate staff immediately wanted to help. Our hearts go out to our many staff and customers who have family and friends in Haiti. The coin box collection allows people to make even the smallest contribution, because as we know, every penny adds up.”
