Costco shoppers are asked to check their cupboards to see if they've purchased Snack Factory Original Pretzel Crisps, which may pose an allergy risk.

The snack item was sold at Costco in Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick between July 4 and July 9.

Baptista’s Bakery, Inc. is voluntarily recalling the Original Pretzel Crisps with the lot code below. The product may potentially have been inadvertently comingled with a seasoned pretzel crisp containing dairy.

A person with severe sensitivity or an allergen to dairy may be at risk for a serious, adverse health event if the exposed product is consumed.

The impacted product has the UPC Number 049508006923 and is the 737 gram package.

Baptista’s Bakery, Inc. has received no incident reports of illness, injuries or complaints related to this product.

If you believe you have the affected Original Pretzel Crisps product in your possession, do not consume it. You may return the affected product to a Costco warehouse to obtain a full refund.
