Huntington University will present the annual Dick Lectureship this Thursday at 7:30 pm at St. Andrew's United Church, 111 Larch St. in Sudbury. Admission is free.
Dennis Dewey, an internationally acclaimed professional biblical storyteller, will present a lecture entitled Give Us this Day: The Place of Bread in the Gospels.
The audience will hear the gospel as never before and discover how the good news first sounded.
This presentation will surprise and delight believers and non-believers.
Dewey, who makes his home in Utica, New York, majored in philosophy but lived in the theatre.
His academic concentration was in liturgy and he also holds a master's degree equivalency in education.
