A counsel pre-trial will take place Sept. 11 in the case of Zachary Pilon, who is accused of making death threats against the staff and students of a Sudbury high school.
Pilon faces charges of criminal harassment and uttering threats to cause death for alleged online threats against students and staff at College Notre-Dame. He made the threats in Instagram posts made back in March.
An Instagram post warned that, on “Friday March 22nd, everyone will finally know my name... Look out CND.”
He was arrested March 20 and granted bail on March 21 under strict conditions.
Pilon is being represented by lawyer Glenn Sandberg.
The matter returns to court Oct. 9 in Courtroom E.
