Flanked on the left by Nick and Marcus Foligno and on the right by Mike Foligno, who represent the Janis Foligno Foundation, members of Club Montessori of Sudbury donate $60,000 to the foundation, the proceeds from the club’s annual Casino Night fundraiser.

Club Montessori of Sudbury staged its annual Casino Night back on May 5 at the Caruso Club and raised more than $60,000 for the Janis Foligno Foundation and other local charities.

The funds will help the Janis Foligno Foundation continue its fight against cancer, while also supporting the work of Inner-City Home, the Lion’s Club of Sudbury, the McEwen School of Architecture, Caruso Club, and Our Children, Our Future.

“Our gratitude extends to our generous sponsors whose contributions added to the excitement of the evening and to our mission's success,” the club said in a news release. “The participants who purchased tables, tickets, and prizes, or made donations demonstrated an inspiring commitment to our community.”

Next year’s Club Montessori Casino Night Fundraiser will be held May 3 at the Caruso Club, so save the date.
