Crime of the week: Thieves ransack Flour Mill warehouse, cause $10K in damage

Crime Stoppers and the Greater Sudbury Police Service are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) involved in a break and enter. 

Sometime between Oct. 11 and 13, unknown culprits attended a warehouse located on Dell Street at Morin Avenue in the Flour Mill area. 

They gained accessed to the building and ransacked it, going through various rooms and offices, smashing windows and tearing things apart.  

An attempt was made to access the safe, but the culprits were unsuccessful. While the victims of this crime are still trying to determine what was taken, they can say numerous laptops were stolen. 

The estimated damage caused by these culprits exceeds $10,000.
