École Notre Dame students go 'dashing through the snow'

Students spread Christmas cheer through Hanmer

Prior to the start of the Christmas holidays, grade 7 and 8 students at École Notre-Dame in Hanmer organized a "guignolée" in the community of Hanmer.

Traveling in neighbourhood streets in a horse-pulled sled, they sang Christmas songs and sought the support of residents to help the community.

Through the generosity of citizens, they collected funds and food items for individuals and families in need.

This special activity benefited from the support of school staff and families.
