Sudbury.com is recognizing Fiorella Scarsellone as today's Essential Worker of the Day.
Scarsellone works at Costco and was nominated by her daughter Amanda.
"My mom is immuno compromised but continues to work during this virus," Amanda said. "It wasn’t even a question in her mind whether she would continue to work or not during this virus.
"She does this because she enjoys her job so much and would do anything to help her community.
"Her workplace has been wonderful in ensuring not only her safety but everyone who enters the store."
