Essential Worker of the Day: Paramedic Noah Van Lith

Sudbury.com is recognizing Noah Can Lith as today's Essential Worker of the Day.

Van Lith is a primary care paramedic with the City of Greater Sudbury. 

He was nominated by his parents, as well as Colleen, Millie and Maisey.

"When Noah was in high school he told us he wanted to become a paramedic because he wanted to help people," his parents wrote.

"He's been on the job in Sudbury for three years now and he take care of people on every shift.

"We're even more proud of Noah, working as a first responder during this global pandemic and want to say thank you for putting yourself on the line for others." 

Colleen, Millie and Maisey wanted to show their appreciation as well. 

"Noah always said he knew during his career there would be challenging times, but never did he think he would be working through a pandemic," they wrote.

"I am so amazed by the dedication he provides for our community during these challenging times. He has put himself on the front lines to ensure our city is healthy and safe. Thank you for all you have done Noah! We love you."
