FedNor announced $400,000 in funding on Friday to the Northern Ontario Enterprise Gateway (NOEG), a network designed to insure that small businesses are investment ready.
With the funding, NOEG plans to focus on education and investment, making sure northern businesses are on a level playing field with those in large urban centres, as well as forming relationships between local investors and small and medium sized businesses.
?The next business success story is often authored by a timely investment,? said J.P. Aube, chair of the NOEG.
