Updated June 9 at 11:30 a.m.

A fire at a commercial building in Capreol early Friday morning involved a sauna business.

Krucker Saunas was profiled by Northern Life/Sudbury.com's sister publication, Northern Ontario Business, just last week, and Sudbury.com shared the story.

The sauna business was a tenant in the former Northway Bus Lines building.

The fire, which, according to the Greater Sudbury Fire Services, caused about $750,000 in damage, is under investigation by the Ontario Fire Marshal's Office.

Platoon Chief Phil Langis said he doesn't know what the fire's cause is just yet.

“The OFM is here right now doing his fire scene assessment,” he said. “We'll have a cause when he's completed.”

Although there's two units in the building, Langis said Krucker Saunas is the only tenant.
