Four new COVID-19 cases in Greater Sudbury, bringing area's total to 118

Public Health Sudbury & Districts announced four new COVID-19 cases Thursday evening, bringing the area's confirmed total to 118 since the pandemic began. 

There have now been six new COVID-19 cases in the area announced since Tuesday.

One of the new cases is considered to be travel-related, while the other three are contacts of a travel-related case. All four people are from Greater Sudbury, and are self-isolating. One of the cases was tested Oct. 20, while the other three were tested Oct. 21.

Through contact tracing, Public Health will notify all close contacts directly. If you are not contacted by Public Health, you are not considered a close contact.
