As part of a skin cancer prevention and early detection effort, dermatologist Dr. Lyne Giroux will be at Sudbury Skin Clinique to provide free skin cancer screening on June 5.
The clinic is being hosted in collaboration with the Canadian Dermatology Association and staff from the Sudbury & District Health Unit.
Giroux will be on hand to answer questions on how to protect yourself from harmful UV radiation.
This is a free event and is first-come, first-served up to 100 participants. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
