Free workshop for families of children with learning disabilities Monday

The Learning Disabilities Association of Sudbury and United Way Sudbury and Nipissing Districts are hosting a free workshop on mindfulness-based stress reduction at Sudbury Secondary School's Sheridan Auditorium on Monday, Oct. 24.

Registered social worker Gary Pentigola will present the workshop as part of Learning Disabilities Awareness Month. 

This workshop has been designed for families of children with learning disabilities as well as professionals that work with this population.
It is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
