Kelly Lake Road RV dumping station closes

Construction at the Sudbury Wastewater Treatment Plant on Kelly Lake Road is forcing the city to close the RV dumping station at that site for the rest of 2014.

Construction at the Sudbury Wastewater Treatment Plant on Kelly Lake Road is forcing the city to close the RV dumping station at that site for the rest of 2014.

RV owners can use alternate sites at the Valley East Wastewater Treatment Plant, 999 Yorkshire Drive, Val Caron, and the Chelmsford Wastewater Treatment Plant, 265 Laurette St., Chelmsford.

The Val Caron station will be open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Chelmsford dumping station will be open for extended hours from June 1-Oct. 17, depending on the weather. New hours are 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.
