Sudbury.com plans on bringing you live coverage this morning of yet another major funding announcement for Laurentian University.
This is the second big announcement the university has made this month.
Back on Sept. 6, LU announcement more than $100 million in funding, including a $10-million donation, for its Metal Earth project and for its Department of Earth Sciences, which was renamed the Harquail School of Earth Sciences.
On hand for today's announcement will be Liberal MPs Marc Serré (Nickel Belt) and Paul Lefebvre (Sudbury), as well as Energy Minister and Sudbury MPP Glenn Thibeault and Deputy Premier Deb Matthews.
