Students from Lockerby Composite School on one shared bus route are required to self-isolate due to possible COVID-19 exposure, said a letter dated March 3 posted on the Rainbow District School Board’s website.

There are no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Lockerby at this time, and the school remains open for in-person learning, said the board.

Students on the morning secondary run of bus route L125 are required to self-isolate until March 12.

Affected students, their parents and the relevant bus driver have been notified, and will receive a letter from Public Health with specific guidance, the board said.

The Sudbury Student Services Consortium also announced on its website that bus route L125 (the one mentioned above) and bus route L808 are cancelled until March 12.
