Some city streets will be filled with hundreds of runners, marshals and logistical volunteers Sunday May 7 as the Canadian Diabetes Association holds their Sudbury Rocks!!! Marathon.
During the event, Greater Sudbury Police will be helping out
with traffic control. Various lanes of traffic will be sectioned
off with pylons and police personnel stationed along the route to
direct motorists.
The event, which includes a 42 km marathon, takes place between 7
am and 1 pm on streets in the south end, Ramsey Lake, hospital,
downtown, New Sudbury and Minnow Lake areas.
