Nirmala Dangalle, who came from Sri Lanka four years ago, was welcomed by citizenship official Madame Susan Kramer during an oath-taking ceremony Thursday at St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School. Dignitaries and officials welcomed 88 new citizens, immigrants from more than 40 countries.
