Hundreds of people arrived in the Inco cavern at Science North Tuesday night as Northern Life, Greater Sudbury?s community newspaper, launched its new community awards program.

As part of the 30th anniversary celebration of Northern Life, we?ve established the Community Builders Awards of Excellence which include annual special awards for Arts, Education, Environment, Health Care, Sports & Recreation, Economics Development, and a special category known as the Hall of Fame.
The program focuses on residents of Greater Sudbury who have helped others achieve excellence in their pursuits.
