Photos: Remembrance Day ceremony at the Sudbury Arena

Participants mark 100 years since the end of the First World War

On Nov. 11, members of the public gathered at the Sudbury Arena to observe Remembrance Day. 

Thousands of citizens were joined by federal, provincial and municipal representatives eager to show their support for those who have served and continue to serve in Canada's armed forces. 

Sunday marked the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War and was commemorated with 100 tolls of the bell as part of the Royal Canadian Legion's Bells of Peace program.
