You can't get much more Sudbury than this: The Finlandia SISU Foundation is hosting the second annual SISU Porketta Bingo on April 20.

Porketta bingo enthusiasts and newcomers are invited to show their SISU and converge at the Caruso Club beginning at 6 p.m. for a chance to take home a highly coveted pound of locally prepared porketta.  

SISU welcomes Melanie Kanerva as Queen of the Call. Guests will enjoy three complimentary beverages, pizza and game play in an evening of fellowship, fun and fundraising to support seniors fitness at Finlandia Village. 

Tickets are $60 and includes a $35 taxation receipt. 

“We continue to grow our program of fitness and activity for seniors,” said David Munch, CEO, Finlandia Village. “The demand for our services is still climbing, and we continue to attract new members. Currently, more than 750 members are choosing to incorporate fitness into their daily living and we applaud their commitment to healthy and active lifestyles.
