Greater Sudbury Police are still investigating reports of an assault in the Ryan Heights Playground area.

News of a young girl who was allegedly assaulted by an older man surfaced on the Ryan Heights Bulletin Board Facebook page on Monday.

"We have not received any addition complaints of this nature," said GSPS spokesperson Kaitlyn Dunn in an email to Sudbury.com.

"We continue to investigate the circumstances in an attempt to determine exactly what transpired. If anyone has any information or additional details please call the police."
